My Journey to become Best Corporate Sales Trainer of India
Around 35 years back, I started my Corporate journey with Xerox Corporation, the best Sale Training Company in the world. I handled senior level assignments as HR Trainer, Sales Trainer and taught the art of Product Selling to more than 1000 employee. In Bharti Airtel I implemented Business Process Management. My last assignment was with Videocon Telecom Ltd. as Head-National Retail where I implemented Sales Growth Strategies from retail counters.
I am an author and the best Business Coach in NCR Delhi. I have hands on experience in designing the Business Growth and Sales Growth Techniques. I have supported the large number of clients in implementing the Sales growth strategies, Branding, Digital Media Marketing, Team Building, Business Process Management.

While working with world’s leading Sales Company like Xerox Corporation, I mastered the art of B2B Sales. In Bharti Airtel and Videocon Mobile, I produced results in B2C Sales.
As Part of my Quality Management Contribution, I was awarded with a Gold Medal for presenting my work on “Business Process Management and Process Re-engineering” at World Summit Fuji Xerox Japan 1997.
At Bharti Airtel, I led the designing, implementation and audit for Quality Management System, Business Process as well as SOP.

After Getting my Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering, I achieved masters in HR from Canadian School of Management and obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
In my pursuit of learning Business excellence, I have done my certificate Course from IIM Ahmedabad in “Benchmark HRD practices” and from IIM Calcutta in “Project Management”.
I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by Motorola University. I am a Galop Certified Strength Coach and DMIT Certified Counsellor. I am also an NLP practitioner.
I have co-authored the bestselling book “CRM Concepts and Applications”.
